As a new mum, I wanted to create something practical for playtime but also stylish for our home. I found that many products on the market lacked the balance between functionality and design, so this collection is really born from my experience as a parent wanting the best of both worlds.
Our Rollie Pollie Playmats are designed with both parents and children in mind. As a family, we spend so much time on the ground playing together. We created the dream playmat that I was searching for. Super thick and spongy for playtime, and available in a beautiful variety of designs and colours to compliment every home.

PLAYMAT RETURNS POLICY
At Miss Amara, we want you and your little one to love your playmat purchase! If you change your mind on colour, design or size please review our policy on Change of Mind Returns.

Our playmats are designed to be durable and long-lasting, so please inspect your playmat upon arrival, and report any manufacturing faults to our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery. Note that this excludes damage from improper use, such as exposure to pets, shoes, sharp objects, or harsh cleaning agents.
Faulty Claim Inclusions:
1. Surface and Fabric Issues: Damage to the surface, underside, or edges (such as rips, fabric pulls, or inconsistencies in the weave or edge finishing).
2. Stains: Any staining or marks that compromise the look and function of the playmat.
All faulty claims are subject to review and approval. To assist with your claim, please provide clear images of the damage along with the PO label. These documents must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the playmat.
Important Disclaimer: Due to variations in screen displays, colours may appear different on your device than in real life. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for colour discrepancies based on screen interpretation.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you're not entirely satisfied with your playmat, we accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:
• Return Window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange your return.
• Condition of Return: To maintain the highest hygiene standards, the playmat must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (both internal and external), including all straps and tags still attached. Plastic vacuum sealed packaging must be unopened and sealed, in order to be eligible for a change of mind return.
• Shipping Costs: Don't worry about shipping fees-returning your playmat for a change of mind is on the house!
• Customers can buy as many playmats as they like, however can return a maximum of two playmats for free within a 30 day period and get a full refund. Returning multiple playmats will be subject to approval of Miss Amara pending the condition of the box being unopened.
