The rug is beautiful, however, is not pet friendly or suitable for high traffic areas as advertised. There were pulls in the fabric less than 24 hours after laying it down.

Its durable fibres are hard-wearing and resistant to most drips and spills, so it can work well in homes with pets. However, please note that it is not claw-resistant. The rug is exactly as the website description. Colour and feel are lovely. I'm just finding that it catches easily and I have a few pulls on it after only a few days of wear.
