Really happy with this rug, looks great in my space
The colour scheme of the rug matched really well to my room by using the online tool.
I initially ordered a different rug which was a similar style and design but the colour was different to what I was expecting. I felt a bit disheartened and overwhelmed about returning it and choosing another rug so I reached out to Miss Amara for help. The customer service was absolutely amazing, I truly cannot speak highly enough. I reached out on a Saturday and wasn’t expecting a response until Monday. I sent through some photos and was given some new options and had already ordered my new rug within a few hours. It was absolutely perfect for the space. We have 3 little kids and any marks or stains wipe away easily with a damp cloth. It’s so soft and amazing quality for the price. The returns process was so easy and fast. I will definitely order again in the future. I would 100% send photos through from the beginning to get the best rug for your space. I have never written a review before but felt I needed to in this case! :)
